How MD2C works

Nine numbers a month. Lowest score wins. Top 12 are on the call.

1. You enter nine numbers

Once a month, for the month that just closed. Right now that is September 2026. It takes about a minute.

CategoryWhat goes in it
Personal RecruitsPeople you personally recruited who were coded in the month.
Base RecruitsEveryone recruited anywhere in your base in the month, yours included.
Personal Submitted PointsPoints you personally submitted in the month. Submitted, not paid.
Base Submitted PointsPoints submitted anywhere in your base in the month, yours included.
Personal Paid PointsYour own points that were issued and commissioned in the month — not written, not pending.
Base Paid PointsPoints issued and commissioned anywhere in your base in the month, yours included.
Personal Licensed AgentsYour personal recruits who got licensed in the month.
Base Licensed AgentsEveryone in your base who got licensed in the month, yours included.
Cash FlowYour cash flow for the month, in dollars. Only you ever see this figure — everyone else sees where it placed you, never the amount.
Base includes you. If you wrote 2 applications and your team wrote 8, your personal figure is 2 and your base figure is 10. The site refuses a base number smaller than the personal number beside it, because that cannot be true.
Your cash flow is not shown to the room. You enter it and it is scored like everything else — it counts toward your total in exactly the same way. But the figure is only ever seen by you and the organizer. Everyone else sees where it placed you, never the amount — on the board, on your scorecard, and in the monthly targets.

2. Every category is scored like a hole of golf

In each category the biggest number takes 1 point, the next takes 2, the next 3, and so on. Your score for the month is the sum of your points across all nine categories. Lowest total wins. Nine is a perfect round — it means you were top of the room in every single category.

An example. You had two personal recruits and someone else had three. They take 1 point for that category, you take 2. Do that nine times over and add it up.

If two people enter the same number they share the places between them — two people tied for second both take 2.5 rather than both taking 2. It sounds fussy, but it is the only way tying cannot be worth more than winning outright.

3. The top 12 are on the call

Tuesdays at 10:00 am Central, Zoom meeting ID 818 855 1197.

The VP Division. Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, President's Council, Chairman's Council and Board Council are ranked as their own division — #1 VP, #2 VP, #3 VP — on their own part of the board. A VP whose score lands inside the cut is on the call and does not take one of the 12 seats, so three VPs inside the cut means 15 people on the call, not 12.

That is the whole shape of MD2C: Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Director, Executive Marketing Director — then Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, President's Council, Chairman's Council. The seats are where you climb. The VP Division is where you arrive.

If several people are tied on the score that makes the cut, all of them are in. Nobody gets dropped from the call by a tie-break.

4. You are told what it would have taken

Your scorecard shows every category, the points it earned, and the next number above yours — so "I missed by two points" turns into "six more base recruits would have done it". It also shows the number that made the top 12 in each category, which is your target for next month.

4b. Two months, and only one of them counts

The board you land on is the month that has finished — September 2026. That is the one that is scored and that decides who is on the call.

5. The weekly is separate, and it is about activity

The monthly board is production. The Weekly tab is the activity that produces it: guests who showed, recruits from the BOMs, associate counts on Tuesday and Saturday, and your width. Eight numbers, once a week.

The site keeps the running totals so nobody has to. Your streak, your ninety-day associate high, your best width and how long ago you set it are all worked out from the weeks you report — there is nothing to maintain by hand and nothing to go stale.

6. Your goals are yours

There is no company standard in this site and no number attached to your title. You say what you are going for — weekly on the Weekly tab, monthly on Enter My Numbers — and that is the only thing your numbers are read against.

Set it once. A goal stands until you change it, so it carries into every week and month after it without being retyped. Leave a box blank and that number is simply recorded, not judged. Raising your goal today does not turn last month into a failure — every past week is still read against the goal you had at the time.

This is deliberately separate from the board. The board is a competition against the room, and everyone is scored on the same nine categories. Your goals are a commitment to yourself, and nobody else's number changes them.

Fine print

  • Enter the month as it finished — not month-to-date, not a running year.
  • An empty box is scored as a zero.
  • Nothing you submit is ever overwritten. Every figure is kept and the newest one is what counts.
  • Only people who entered are ranked. Not entering is not the same as entering zeros.
  • Once a month is closed it is final. The organizer can reopen it, and every change is logged.
  • Your name and title are yours to correct, on My Scorecard. Your email is with the organizer, because a typo in it would stop your own sign-in links arriving.
